Regional Adjustment Bureau, Inc. facilitates a Quality Assurance Program that is essential to our business. It is vital to our corporation that we have internal procedures in place to ensure that every client’s on-going expectations are met and exceeded. The RAB Quality Assurance Program covers such areas as:

- On-going staff training in state and federal regulations
- Prompt identification and resolution of inquiries and/or complaints received from debtors or government agencies
- Governing collection activities

- Controlled and accurate cash handling procedures
