CUBS collection software supported by Columbia Ultimate Business Systems, Vancouver, Washington. (Regional Adjustment Bureau, Inc. has utilized CUBS since 1985)

Mainframe consists of an IBM F50 RSC/6000 Aix/CU tools operating systems

Unlimited disk storage capacity

Dual disk drives are mirrored and "Hot swappable" reducing downtime to an absolute minimum.

512 L2 Cache Memory per CPU

System is expandable up to 300 simultaneous users

Full file saves are completed on a nightly batch cycle and stored offsite.

Regional Adjustment Bureau, Inc. has numerous computer interfaces currently programmed for existing clients. Additionally, Regional Adjustment Bureau, Inc. is capable of interfacing with products provided by RSI Group, Inc. and LBSS, Inc.


 

VIRTUAL PRIVATE NETWORK (VPN)

This "cutting edge" technology allows our collectors to utilize the client's internal collection system and other resources (i.e. letter generation, payment processing, etc.) in order to provide economy of scale savings for our clients. The assigned accounts are "partitioned" within the client's existing collection/recovery system. The benefits are as follows:

QUANTUM IIi CALL MANAGEMENT CENTER

The Quantum IIi Call Management Center is a feature rich predictive dialer which integrates with the functions of Columbia Ultimate's Collector system to provide an invaluable recovery tool. The dialer interfaces with the Collector System to provide system management efficiencies, comprehensive account management, and daily dialer operation convenience. This translates as more dollars collected for our clients.

Advantages of the predictive dialer and Columbia Ultimate's Collector System are as follows:

No upload and download to manage = rapid daily response to our clients assigned accounts

Call Protection-Accounts are examined for payments, status, or current activity before dialing. Insures FDCPA compliance
