The Collector System by Columbia Ultimate Business System

The Collector System is full-service collection software that lays the foundation for all of our collection needs. RAB has utilized software developed by Columbia Ultimate Business Systems since 1985. Collectors have immediate access to a debtor screen that contains all the debtor demographic information, credit bureau reports, client notes and all other information that is provided by client. Customized letters and reports can be created to each individual client's specifications and reports to clients can be sent electronically or reports can be accessed via the client web access portal.

Client Access Web

Debtors can view account activity, pay their debts, negotiate a payment on their accounts with guidelines set by the client, and set up payment plans. This online tool is operational 24 hours a day and 7 days a week for our clients and debtors viewing.

IAT-CTI Predictive Dialer

A predictive dialer is an automatic system that places outbound calls and uses statistical modeling to start dialing the next call before an agent is free to handle it. When a call is answered, an agent will be available. Predictive Dialers decrease dead time and increase agent productivity and return on investment. The dialer is not used in all departments because some accounts take more skip-tracing and various other tasks to perform the correct operating procedures.

Mercom’s Audiolog Recording Platform

The Mercom Audiolog is an advanced multi-media recording system that is used as a standalone recorder/playback unit. This system is capable of recording all of our collectors so they can be monitored for compliance with our client’s working standards and all governing regulations. The Mercom Audiolog enables us to playback, monitor, view, manage, and record on-demand.
